TeamOffice which has been offered as a beta service since May 2010 will release a new membership on the 1st, April. With the following pricing policy below, please change your membership to the paid one or keep your membership free for good. 

As you see the price table above, a team including under 5 members can use TeamOffice free for good but if not, subscribing to the paid-membership is necessary. For those who don't understand the changes, we explain the way to check your team info.

<How to check your team info.?>

1. Login TeamOffice and move to the team that you want to check

2. Click the setting button located on the right of the top

3. Click "My team Mgmt."

4. Check the number of your members and total team capacity

The new membership will be started on the 1st, April formally but for your convenience, we will let you pay till the 30th, April. That means you can use TeamOffice free till that time as before. However, teams that don't subscribe to a proper membership cannot access to the each team after deadline. Please notice this.

1. If your team belongs to the paid-membership, please pay through TeamOffice.

2. If your team belongs to the free-memebership, please e-mail us. We will check the email and extend your membership.

* If you don't want to use TeamOffce anymore, please back up your data in advance. In addition, be cautious that all of team data will be deleted automatically when you close your team.

<How to back up my team data?>

1. Login TeamOffice and move to the team that you want to back up

2. Click the setting button located on the right of the top

3. Click "My team Mgmt."

4. Click "Backup/Capacity"

5. Back up data you want

TeamOffice restarts with a new membership. Plus! We are planning to offer a personal space which is free around July. We promise that we will try to do our utmost to satisfy you all the time. Thank you.
